Apa itu terjemahan diperakui?

Certified translations are for official uses where your requester requires certification to verify that the translation is complete and accurate. This type of translation is commonly required for submission to government authorities, universities, courts, Visa application etc. The translation must be a literal (word-for-word) translation of all visible text to satisfy the complete requirement. Translators cannot add/remove text or interpret the meaning behind the text.

What is the difference between notarized and certified?

The translation certification attests to the thoroughness and accuracy of the translation and the qualifications of the translator. It is signed either by the translator or an authorized signer from the translation agency representing the translator.

Notarization authenticates the identity of the signer of the certification. This adds an additional layer of validation to the translation and the receiver can be confident that the certification is authentic.

Which countries accept our certified translations?

Our certified translation is accepted by over 12 embassies and countries. Please let us know which country you are sending the translated document to and we will advice you

There may be additional requirements like Notarisation and or an Affidavit needed to support the translation.

Check with the respective authority and let us know what you need. We are able to assist with both notarisation and affidavits.

Are original documents required for certified translation or notarisation?

We don’t need original documents for the certified translation or notarisation. Please provide us a good scan/picture of the original documents. If details are legible we can translate it for you.

How to get started with the translation process?

Finalise your documents: Start by finalising your documents. Once documents are ready, request a quote by filling out our form. Please share details of services required and where you will be submitting the translated documents

Get a quote & place the order: Our sales team will review the documents and service requirements and email you the official quotation along with the payment details. If the quote is acceptable, proceed to make the payment. Upon making payment we will process the order to the translation stage.

Translation & Review: Our translators will produce the translation draft and we will email you the draft version for your review. At this stage, verify the details like Name Spellings / Numbers.

Certification / Notarisation: After receiving your feedback and confirmation, we will proceed with the required Certification and Notarisation (if required).

Penyampaian: We will deliver the electronic copy via email and we can arrange for courier to your preferred address for a small fee

How much does the certified translation service cost?

Prices start from RM90 and can go up if notarisation, court stamps or affadavits are needed.Β 

How will you deliver the translation to me?

We will deliver the electronic copy of the translated document via email. Hardcopies can be collected from our office in Subang or couriered to you for a small fee.

How long will the process take?

The timeline for certified translation and notarisation will depend on the total number of documents to be translated.

Translation will only begin after payment is made. Generally, it will take 1 working day to translate up to 5 pages. Notarisation if required will take 1-2 working days. Hardcopies can be collected from our office or delivered by courier/Lalamove.
